Forum User Interface Update

We just update our forum theme to the latest framework. This will have fixed a ton of the small bugs that we were having.

Please let me know if something is broke or missing. This was a pretty intense update.

Also, shoot me concerns if some exist.

One of the big benefits is the forum is now mobile friendly, and it sure looks cool!
