Nice day for a ride!

It was a nice day, around 70 degrees, so I just had to take a ride. There's nothing quite like a couple of hours of "cycle-therapy" to soothe the savage breast.

It's been a little stormy here. 'cycle therapy is one of the best kinds!

I am stuck with wrenching therapy for a few more days/weeks before I can get to the point of throttle thearpy, but I wanna ride!

Got some riding in here in NJ today...most pleasurable. For me, every ride is a ride in the Wayback Machine.

It was way warm today, near 80, ran errands for a couple hours, bike rode perfectly.

Well, except for the mild "yang-yang-yang" of the chain letting me know its end of life is looming.
