Once again found something very curious labelled "Vetter"

Hi folks,

here is again a very uncommon fairing under the name "Vetter windjammer" - even with Vetter stickers on it...

Does anybody know this fairing? Could it even be one of the rare "Hondalines" ?

Every country had a rash of Vetter copiers back then.
In the UK, one of the best was made by Acrybre and sold under the Pantera name, versions 1 and 2.
I had the misfortune of owning one of the worst.
