Hey guys, I've been digging for some replacement wheel bearings, and turns out info is a little sparse for this particular application, so I thought I'd post what I found here for future reference.
Bearing cone: L44643LA (the suffix "L" or "LA" denotes an attached rubber seal)
Race/cup?: L44610
The L44643LA is getting hard to come by (those that remain are astronomically $$$!). Sounds like a more readily available alternative might be an L44600LA, but the dimensions are just a fraction of a mm off, so I can't say.
I did manage to find a source for reasonably priced L44643L's, here:
https://www.bearings.parts/NTN-L446...one-with-Seal?search=L44643L&description=true
...and according to that site, this bearing replaces a few ag equipment bearings, so here are those numbers as a possible source: AGCO 71326257, John Deere JD8934
L44643 (no "LA") bearings are pretty common for trailers, but they use a different kind of grease seal that's a separate cap, not built in like ours. I don't know if that style of seal will work on our sidecar spindles or not.
Hope that helps someone out there that's a bearing noob like myself.
