I have a few NOS radio covers that fit the Cycle Sound and Vetter Sound radio enclosures.

These are in mint condition brand new. Now, the only issue that I can see with these is they do not have the Vetter Sound or Cycle Sound logo molded into the cover. I know over the years Hoese Corporation made several models of the covers. Minor differences of each one.

These even come with the original gaskets. Definitely a nice addition to any Cycle Sound or Vetter Sound unit and will protect your radio from the weather.

I am asking $45.00 each and buyer pays shipping. PM me if interested. Click the thumbnail below to get a bigger version.

How do you think this would work with a stereo without the poles for the knobs? I am sure that since it is plastic, it would only take some "finesse" to get them to work, but how flexible is the face-plate plastic?

Hmmm, adapting to single din... I am sure with a Dremal, and some finesse it will work out okay. Ill take a look when I get home. I don't know if I have a junker full din laying around. The only thought its securing it on there. With no shafts to tighten it up against it may be a bit more difficult. Ill check for you.

Can you shoot me a pic of your stereo. Is it currently in the cycle sound unit?

Securing it was my concern also, but I am thinking small screws in the corners or two sided body molding mounting tape. The good thing about my stereo is that it is one of those removable ones so the mounting ring has multiple ears for installation.

As far as the picture goes, I thought for sure I had one, but I don't... and it is too dang cold in the garage to out there any more tonight! :D

This is period correct for this cyclesound catty ?

The deal with these Paul is they are made by the same exact company the Hoese Corporation. I am pretty sure they are period correct. I bought like 30 of them a couple years ago in a bulk.

Here is the catch, I don't believe these were the ones sold to the Vetter company. They do however match 99%. The one part they do not mach on is the cover does not have Vetter or Cycle Sound on it.

Happy to get ya one though, they do look nice. I thought about cutting a little Cycle Sound sticker and putting it on one.

I did find another replacement Vetter radio cover. The only thing is the guy can't seem to find the rubber Orings or whatever they are that was in the small package that holds them open or closed. But I'm sure I'll figure something out. I also bought another fairing so I will still be needing that cover from you . payday is the 25ish due to to pay month. So again thanks and thank you..

I know those rubber o-rings are just standard o-rings. Not sure what size though. I think I have one of those lids somewhere. If I can find it, ill post the size.

Any chance that you still have any of these new covers left? I just got an older GL1100 last year and the cover was broken on it.

Where has my mind gone? The end is near. I can't remember 10 minutes ago. Thats what 6 + 1 kid coming will do to you.
