Greetings from NW Colorado. Had my first Vetter experience when dad bought a new 1974 Honda CB750. It had a dealer installed Vetter along with some Bates saddle bags. That set up was so much better than the old Wixom handlebar mounted fairing that he had on his 1971 CB750. I was not complaining though, he gave the 71 to me!

Flash forward to 2010 and my jump back into motorcycling after a lengthy absence. I stumbled across a nice 1976 Honda CB750 F1 and was hooked on bikes again. I have slowly transformed this bike into a reliable long range cruiser. I had placed a handlebar mounted windshield on this bike but really wanted a Vetter. I finally found one at a reasonable price. The guy also threw in a set of off brand saddle bags. Bike is now really nice on those long runs!

Welcome to the forum Proto! It's great to see more Honda CB owners. It is one of the best looking bikes made and supports the styling of the Vetter fairings like a champ. Share pics and please share your experiences.

Looking forward, and if you have any questions at all, please ask.

Thanks for the welcome! I haven't got a lot of pics with the "new" Windjammer on. I put it on towards the end of the riding season and have not been able to get it out this winter for any short rides due to the cold and snow. Here is one of the pictures of the bike/'jammer that was taken at the top of Cameron pass during the 2013 relay of the sohc4.net club I am a member of. The "doll" I am holding is our baton that gets passed on from rider to rider. For more info on the relay check out the sohc4.net site. In this picture, I am standing between my Honda and Old Bob's Suzuki.

Ok, I think I got the one removed!

Only thing better than an old Honda is an old Honda that is still running!!

I started out on Suzuki's, so they are alright too...
