Just purchased a 1982 GS1100GL with the complete Vetter package

Will be picking up the bike tomorrow. May end up selling the Vetter package if anyone is interested. I will post pictures when I get the bike in the garage. Had this Vetter package on my 76 KZ900 and then on my 80 Goldwing.

Thanks! The Vetter stuff was great back in the day. I worked at a custom shop and we sold tons of his stuff through the 70's into the 80's.

eBay is a great place to sell Vetter goodies, and you can drop them here as well.

But the real question is why would you not want them on your ride?

Haven't decided yet. I will see what condition they are in. Looks to be a color match on the bags/trunk but fairing is black

Sadly, I am on a dry spell right now. I sold all my bikes and cars when I moved from Bakersfield, CA. I sold 4 bikes! I would love to get another XS11 sometime. I really miss mine. The riding season is so short here, but doesn't mean I cant tinker in the garage in the winter months.

Yep that's what the winter is for. I moved 10 bikes with me when I relocated from Minneapolis, sold a few bought a few now I have 12.

No but if I were to find a good one I probably would have it. Mostly Yamaha and Kawasaki bikes for me. One Honda and this will be the 2nd Suzuki for me. Sold a 2002 GSXR1000 last year I brought back from the dead. mJust finished this Honda

Very cool for sure. I am gonna start my quest for a XS11 soon. My true dream bike is a XS11 Midnight Special. But, they are so hard to find in decent condition. What part of CDA are you in? I am in the Kidd Island area.
